Monopoly Giving One Classic Game Piece the “Boot” — Fans Get the Vote

Hasbro Gaming is asking fans to give one of the iconic Monopoly game pieces the boot! Which game pieces do you think fans will let sink?

The makers of Monopoly have decided it may be time to update some of the beloved game pieces, but wanted to let their fans make the decision. Senior vice president of Hasbro Gaming told Daily Mail:

'The tokens are one of the most iconic parts of the Monopoly game and we know that people are emotionally tied to their favorite one.'

Fans can cast their votes at Monopoly's Facebook page, the proposed new pieces have been designed and are ready to go, they include a guitar, cat, robot, diamond ring and what will possibly be the favorite, a helicopter.

Currently the dog and race car are safe, while the iron and wheelbarrow are may be going straight to jail.
