The arrest affidavit says that Erdmann was at the restaurant on September 19. Around 8:30 p.m. he was talking to a waitress about some concert tickets. While they were in the process of exchanging numbers, he pulled her toward him and slapped her butt and grabbed her vaginal area.

According to the Reporter-Herald, she told him to stop, then he grabbed her arm and penetrated her with his finger. The incident was captured on video.

On September 20, a police officer had the waitress call Erdmann. He apologized, said he was embarrassed, claiming he was drunk when the assault happened. The Reporter-Herald is reporting that this has happened to other employees before.

Hooters have made a statement that they're investigating the incident.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. An arrest is merely an accusation by law enforcement of a crime.
