Pizza is one of the most popular dishes around the world. Not just because it's cheap for the most part and incredibly easy to just grab a pizza and skip cooking, but the dish itself is just so tasty.

As far back as I can remember, pizza has always been one of my favorite meal choices. Remember getting pizza by the slice at the old Westminster Mall next to the arcade? Or the old Northglenn Mall had some bomb pizza by the slice too.

I grew up around Northglenn, Colorado, and one local pizza spot that we loved as kids is surprisingly still there almost 30 years later.

Located on Highway 85 in Evans, Colorado, the newly branded Rush Events Center & Amusement Park is back and ready to entertain an entirely new generation of families for years to come. A local couple, Ron and Cindy Harper, watched what was once a Northern Colorado staple sit abandoned for over a decade and decided to do something about it, and bought the old property. They have worked countless hours since that time to restore it to its glory days, and wow, did they ever. Bigger and Better is a complete understatement.
