Judge Says Woman Can Use Facebook To Get Divorced

A judge in New York has ruled that a woman can use Facebook to serve her husband divorce papers. Yes you can break-up via a text and now announce your divorce intentions via Facebook.

The woman's husband has done a great job of being off the grid. He has no fixed address and no job so the court hasn't been able to serve him papers.

Her husband has kept in touch only by phone and Facebook that is why the judge has ruled she can use that medium to serve the notice.

While it may seem funny the sad fact is more and more people are turning to these types of avenues to do the dirty business of life.

I guess Facebook will need to add to the like, comment and share bar on the bottom of their post. Maybe something like like, dislike, break-up, divorce and go to hell motherf#%&er.
