Here’s What You Need to Know About Your Fishing License

April 1st marks the date you will need to get your annual fishing license in the state of Colorado for the 2019-2020 fishing season. These licenses are valid April 1st, 2019 through March 31st, 2020. Fees have gone up this season as well. For an annual adult resident, the new fee is $34.75. Nonresident is $96.75. A $10 Habitat stamp is required with the first license purchase for the year.

You can purchase your licenses and habitat stamps through Colorado Parks and Wildlife online, over the phone or through a retail sales agent (places like Walmart, Scheels, etc ). More information about your 2019-2020 fishing licenses can be found HERE.
