The former campaign manager for Jared Wright is speaking out. The ex-Fruita cop, who returned at least $25 in campaign donations, is now speaking out against the man who still wants your vote and the Colorado House District 54 seat. The former campaign manager, Doug Thompson, was campaign manager until April 2012 because he had a heart attack. He kept quiet even as details of Jared Wright's tardiness at work emerged, as well as his bankruptcy. Once he saw the money Jared keeps taking in he felt he needed to speak publically.

Jared Wright's opponent is Tim Menger who is a Libertarian and hasn't raised any money at all to try and get the votes in November. Doug thinks Jared raising money is unnecessary to win as he is the only major party contender. Wright's former campaign manager also thinks he's distracting voters from contributing to other Republicans running this election cycle.

Thompson told the Daily Sentinel, "He's stealing money from the good folks in his district to develop a war chest, and that is wrong." Adding, "It infuriates me that this kid is so about himself."

Jared Wright has raised over $13,000 according to Colorado Secretary of Sate records and gave back at least one donor $25.
