If you need to find a new job then the 'Jump Start Job Fair' is the first place you should look. The job fair will take place Tuesday the 27th (tomorrow) at the Mesa County Workforce Center from 8am to 2pm.

The 'Jump Star Job Fair' will dedicate the first half hour to veterans only. If you are a veteran get your resume together and be at the Mesa County Workforce Center by 8am.

The rest of the day 8:30am to 2pm will be open to anyone looking for a job. There will be over 40 employers on hand with many looking to fill open positions right now.

Make sure to have your resume ready to go and if you need help the Workforce Center has people on hand to help and they will make copies for you if needed. The other thing is I would dress for an interview.

Some of employers will conduct on site interviews so you want to be ready. Don't go unprepared because that could cost you a shot at an open job.

I would get up early Tuesday morning eat breakfast, shower, shave and be ready to get your next job.

The Mesa County Workforce Center is 512 29 1/2 Rd in Grand Junction. You can visit their web site or call them at 970-248-7560.
