Have you ever thought about a career as an FBI agent?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking to add 1,000 agents and are looking for agents for its Denver office as well.

Most people think the FBI only hires law enforcement officers, but nothing could be further from the truth.

With white-collar type crimes on the rise, it takes an analytical mind and problem-solving skills and is looking for doctors, scientists, engineers and more. The agency is hoping to have a workforce that more closely resembles the communities they protect.

If you think you would like to apply, you have to be between the ages of 23 and 36, have at least a bachelor's degree and are a U.S. citizen. The positions pay between $70,000 and $80,000 per year.

The FBI is still hiring law enforcement officers and former military, just not exclusively anymore. So if you fit the description and want a career with the F.B.I. apply. And good luck!
