Summer is right around the corner. It's time to get in shape. Just in time too is the new Planet Fitness on North Ave.

This nationwide chain is one of the best there is. They've been in a few markets I've worked in and always had an impeccable reputation. That simply can't be said for every chain fitness club out there. Many pressure you and try to "upsell" their patrons. Planet Fitness isn't that kind of operation.

Currently, there's a great Grand Opening Special. Helpful too is that they're always open 24 hours a day 7 days a week (check for special Holiday hours.) The new store is located at 2401 North Avenue in the Teller Arms shopping center.

How many fitness clubs have "Pizza Mondays" and "Bagel Tuesday"? You can get that "thumbs up" emoji for the standard $10 a month membership which gets unlimited access and a t-shirt. Or you can upgrade to the Black Card level which gets you tanning, massage chairs, FREE guest passes and more.

Oh, did I mention that summer is coming?
