Colorado’s Hanging Lake Appears Undamaged in Grizzly Fire [VIDEO]
Hanging Lake is making headlines, but this time, not because of Instagrammers. The iconic spot was in danger of being destroyed by the Grizzly Creek Fire, but as of Sunday, August 16, it looks like one of Colorado's most delicate ecosystems has been spared.
The Grizzly Creek is one of four major wildfires burning in Colorado right now, near Glenwood Springs. KDVR in Denver visited the Hanging Lake Trailhead on Sunday. You can see the video below, via Facebook.
