Joe Rogan Speaks Out Again About Reintroducing Wolves in Colorado
There's no doubt that one of the most controversial decisions regarding Colorado wildlife was the voter-approved initiative to reintroduce gray wolves to the state's wilderness areas.

Much of the controversy surrounded concerns from ranchers and other Coloradans who live in rural parts of the state experiencing predation targeted at their livestock, pets, or even children.
In a Facebook post published by Joe Rogan on Monday, February 17, 2025, the podcaster once again confirmed his stance against what he calls, "ballot box biology" with a grisly photo sent to him by one of his friends.
The friend, who wasn't named in the post, apparently discovered a severed elk leg near his home about 30 minutes outside of the popular ski town of Aspen, noting that it was likely the work of recently reintroduced gray wolves.
After describing the animals as "brilliant, ruthless hunters," Rogan predicted the following:
Aspen is going to get very weird in the upcoming years, and I’m sure many people are going to regret this decision.
