Farmers' Almanac is calling this the Winter of the Great Divide as the extended forecast is calling for a mild, dry winter in the Pacific Northwest and normal temps on the west coast. Cold and snowy if the forecast for the northeast. Southeastern states could be in for a chilly wet winter.
