This Custom $1.8 Million Colorado Home Has Jellyfish Lighting
First and foremost, I find this Greeley home absolutely stunning. The home located at 3943 19th Street is custom designed and built by Jaccaud. Plenty of natural light comes through the home with floor-to-ceiling walls throughout.
The $1.8 million home in Greeley listed on Realtor is a contemporary ranch with only two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lack of bedrooms does not equate to a small home as this ranch-style home has a total of 8,076 square feet of living space on more than half an acre of land.
When it comes to the color purple, I really don't have much of an opinion on it. However, the color in the living room melds perfectly with the decor overall. If I were to own this home, I would certainly contemplate keeping the purple.
The kitchen flows flawlessly into the pentagon-shaped dining room that features floor-to-ceiling windows for a dinner with a view. Full disclosure, I am not sure that the pendant lights in the master suite are supposed to resemble a jellyfish, but to me, that is exactly what they look like and I am cool with it.
The built-in stacked stone fireplace in the backyard is a perfect location to spend some quality time by the fire on a crisp Nothern Colorado night. Plenty of space on the patio will provide the perfect setting for entertaining after Northern Colorado events like the Greeley Stampede or weekend BBQ with friends.
