Colorado Has Lowest COVID-19 Positivity Rate Since Pandemic Began
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is telling Coloradans to keep up the good work. According to testing data, Colorado has the lowest three-day average positivity rate since the pandemic hit in early March.
On August 16, CDPHE reported that positive tests were at 2.18 percent in Colorado. Additionally, the report from CDPHE shows that COVID-19 hospitalizations in Colorado are the lowest they have been since early July, at 163.
Colorado Governor Polis has extended the statewide mandatory mask order for 30 more days starting on August 14.
