Forty-nine-year-old Theodore Hrdlicka and Courtney Hrdlicka, 30 are being charged with ten counts of attempted murder as a result of several road rage incidents in the Denver Metro area.

Sunday the couple was making their way to Littleton from unincorporated Adams County and found themselves in a dispute with a BMW driver and as they pulled away, opened fire on the vehicle. An hour later the pair was at it again, shooting at vehicles and hitting three.

One of the victims followed the couple home and called police who then arrived and arrested the couple and booked them into the Adams County Jail on five counts of criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree and three counts of illegal discharge of a firearm.

The bond for the two is set at $500,000 with the additional stipulation of GPS monitoring as well as supervised release.

They will be back in court in September.
