Burke was arrested at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3rd in Clifton, Colorado by Mesa County Sheriff's deputies and later booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility. Prior to his arrest, a warrant was issued for Burke's arrest by the Mesa County Sheriff's Office.
