With future hall-of-famer Peyton Manning leading the offense, we can expect the Broncos to get plenty of national attention in the upcoming season, and it will start in the pre-season. Although most of the exact dates have not yet been deterimined, the Broncos have announced their pre-season schedule.

The Broncos third pre-season game will be aired nationally on CBS on Saturday, August 24th against the St. Louis Rams at Sports Authority Field. The Broncos will play at San Francisco between August 8-11, at Seattle between  August 15-19, and then they will finish up with home games against the Rams, and August 29th or 30th against Arizona. Exact dates will be established in the coming weeks.

The NFL regular season schedule will be announced April 16th, and it looks like there is a lot of potential for the Broncos to receive national exposure. Aside from their highly successful season in 2012, there are several intriguing match ups on the schedule. The Broncos expect to get a Thanksgiving Day game against Dallas, plus there is a game with the New York Giants, featuring Manning's brother Eli. The Broncos also have a game in Indianapolis against the Colts, which will be Peyton Manning's first game in Indianapolis as an opposing quarterback.

Other match ups on the schedule include the Patriots, Texans, and Redskins. The game with Washington will bring coach Mike Shanahan back to the sidelines in Denver for the first time since he was fired following the 2008 season.
