Thursday night the freshly minted AFC West Champions the Denver Broncos will pay a visit to the Black-Hole to take on their arch-rival the Oakland Raiders. The Broncos have the 5th best offense and the 3rd best defense (Von Miller has 15 sacks) in the NFL compared to Oakland’s offense which is 13th and their defense which is 28th in the league. Payton Manning has the second best passer rating while Carson Palmer is 20th this season, so the Broncos should win the game easy, but Thursday Night is a trap game for the Broncos.

Denver has just 4 games left in the season, Thursday in Oakland then on December 16th they pay a visit to Baltimore to play the Ravens and wrap up the season at home against the Cleveland Browns and the Kansas City Chiefs. When you look at it the only real tough game is the Ravens game, but Denver shouldn’t over-look this Oakland game. The Raiders ALWAYS play the Broncos tough (Oakland leads the series 60-44-2) and the truth is the Broncos VS Raiders is one of the best rivalries in the NFL. If Denver has their sights on that Ravens game the Raiders will beat them on Thursday.
