Another Great Russian Dash Cam Accident

Dash cams are all the rave in Russia; I’m not sure why since they just shows how bad at driving the Russians are. Well, It turns out that not only are they bad drivers but bad boat pilots as well. On a river in Moscow, Russia two tour boats met, now you would think they would just pass by each other, the tourist would waive and maybe snap a few pictures. No, not in Russia, the one boat pilot for some strange reason tries to turn his boat as the other one approaches.

I have never been a river boat pilot, but I have been on many boats, on rivers and lakes. Now, I won’t lie there have been a few times that I have had a few too many, but I have never hit another boat in open water. How does one do that? Can’t you see the other boat? I guess the Vodka level was just to high that day.
