AHL Goalies Dance During a Timeout

A bout of Friday night fights broke out during an AHL hockey game when the goalies decide to dance during a timeout in the game. Usually the masked men don’t fight in games manly because if they leave the goal during a fight they get a two minute minor penalty but in this case they were kicked out of the game.

John Gibson of the Norfolk Admirals and Jeff Deslauriers of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins must have had other things to do Friday night. During the timeout Gibson went to the bench used a towel then skated over to Deslauriers and kicked off a fight. Both men were kicked out of the game for the altercation forcing both teams to go to their back to finish the game. I guess it was just a great Friday night at the old hockey game.
