Three Colorado Cities Have Biggest Growth In Unemployment Due To COVID-19
With over 30.3 million jobs wiped out so far during the COVID-19 pandemic, WalletHub released its report on the cities with the biggest growth in unemployment due to the pandemic.
Unfortunately, three Colorado cities made the list: Aurora, Denver and Colorado Springs.
In order to identify where workers have been most affected by the coronavirus pandemic, WalletHub compared the unemployment rates of 180 cities. The survey examined unemployment rates from March of 2020 to those of March 2019 and January 2020 in order to compare the differences between the beginning of the year and from last year.
