Your Next Boss May Be Attending Colorado Mesa University

We always encourage people to be nice. But, you might want to be especially courteous the next time you meet a student at Colorado Mesa University. Because, thanks to their new Maverick Innovation Center, there is a good chance that you could be speaking with your future boss. 

The stated goal of the Maverick Innovation Center is to not just inspire students to come up with ideas but to actually leave the university as a company owner.  This is where that boss part kicks in.

Somebody like me who has what many have described as "Trivial Pursuit" knowledge - meaning the only stuff I know can help me win games of Trivial Pursuit but nothing else - had better be super nice to the students at Colorado Mesa University. Who knows? Maybe you'll be talking to the next Steve Jobs.
