Alexander Polli, a base-jumping athlete, has now done something that had never been done before. He jumps from a helicopter in a wingsuit and flies through a small opening on a rugged mountainside. He reaches a speed of 155 mph and if he misses the mark it’s splat time. When you watch the video look how small the opening is, I would say it is no more than about 10 ft wide. He was inspired by the professional Italian and Norwegian team that recently flew into Rio. I would try many things but this is not one of them.
