The Fastest Police Force in the World

I was looking around on the web and found the fastest police force in the world. We all Dubai is one of the richest places in the world with man made islands and an indoor ski slope but I think this a little over the top.

I’m sure that the crime rate is pretty low in Dubai because they do have a good cash flow and their laws are pretty harsh if you get busted there. I guess when you have that much oil money flowing around you have to find some kind of way to spend it. One thing is for sure you are not going to out run this police force anytime soon.
