Take A Break Up On The Monumnet

A weekday afternoon cruise along The Colorado National Monument Rim Rock Drive is a nice way to get away from it all.

Having only been living here for 5 months, I've found myself up on the Monument more than any place else. There's something enchanting about the place. Living away from friends & family and working all the time, it seems to be the best place for me to stop and catch my breath. With the snow and colder weather, there's very little traffic on a weekday afternoon. It makes for a great break from the workday and it's so quiet you can almost hear your own heartbeat.
