The Black Keys

The Black Keys, already enjoying a big Grammy night winning three statues before the actual telecast and Best Rock Performance during the televised ceremony, carried over the good times to the Staples Center concert stage Sunday night (Feb. 10) at the 2013 Grammy Awards.

The Black Keys may allow some of their music to be used in commercials, but the band isn't exactly thrilled that another company has been using a track that is similar to one of their songs. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the group has accused casino operator Pinnacle Entertainment of improper usage and has filed a lawsuit to stop it.

The Black Keys were one of the top nominees when the Grammy Award nominations were announced last month and the band has confirmed they will take the stage to perform  at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Feb. 10 in Los Angeles.

Congrats are in order for the Black Keys, and in particular the band's singer-guitarist Dan Auerbach, who had his name mentioned six times when the 2013 Grammy nominations were revealed Wednesday night (Dec. 5). He tied with fun., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean and Kanye West for the most nominations of the evening.
