Last year Casey James Fury wanted to go home from work because he was suffering from anxiety and didn’t have any sick leave or vacation time left. Fury worked at the Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Main and thought if he set fire to the U.S.S. Miami he would get to go home. Fury’s fire caused over $400 million dollars of damage to the Los Angeles-class attack submarine and that was last time for a long time he got to go home.

On Friday, a Federal Judge sentence Casey James Fury to 17 years in a federal prison and ordered him to pay $400 million in restitution. I don’t know how he will pay back the $400 million but if the 25-year-old suffers from anxiety I think federal prison is the wrong place to go. Mr. Fury don’t drop the soap! The Navy intends to repair the U.S.S. Miami and get her back to duty.
