OUCH!! Vernon Davis was Tackled by his Junk Sunday

Sunday afternoon the St. Louis Rams visited the San Francisco 49ers and in the game safety T.J. McDonald tackled Tight End Vernon Davis by his junk. I guess it was the only thing left to grab as Davis was moving past McDonald after he caught the ball.

Not all players wear a cup when they play, I know that might sound strange, you would think every player would have his package protected at all times. I know I would. Something tells me that Vernon Davis wish he had his cup on for that play.
