For only the second time in forty years baseball writes’ say no one will go into Major League Baseball’s Hall of Fame at Cooperstown. Each year about this time the Baseball Writes’ Association of America vote on the players to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. A candidate must receive 75% of the vote to make the Hall and this year not one player on the list did that.

The players who came closest where Craig Biggio with 68%, Jack Morris with 67% and Jeff Bagwell with 59%.The steroid-tainted stars on the list this year Barry Bonds got 36%, Rodger Clemens got 37%, Mark McGwire got 17%, Sammy Sosa got 12% and Rafael Palmero got 8.8%.

Baseball writes don’t like cheaters.
