Miley Cyrus Says that Weed Helps Her Find Make-Out Partners [VIDEO]

I don't think that I am alone in loving to hate her, Miley Cyrus just makes it really easy to do. Yet at the same time, no one can seem to keep their eyes off of her. This time she isn't showing her naughty parts, but instead talking about her love for weed. 

Miley recently stopped her show at the O2 Arena in London to give a bizarre speech in favor of smoking marijuana over cigarettes. She smelt cigarette smoke, and proceeded to say that she bets that person had stinky breath. She also said that pot never killed anyone, and that she used to smoke cigarettes, but no one wanted make-out with her. Once she started rolling joints, she gets any guys, and girls she wants to make-out with...

Seems to make sense, she does get to make-out with a lot of cool people!
