Your Chance to Send Loma Girl to Nashville to Sing the National Anthem
How can you help a young woman from Loma to follow in the footsteps of Reba McEntire? Vote to send her to Nashville to sing for her Country music peers. Here's your chance to help send her on her way.
As you may recall, a young Reba McEntire was discovered by Red Steagall while singing the National Anthem at the National Rodeo in Oklahoma City. Steagall heard her sing, sent her to Nashville, and the rest is history.
Western Colorado's very own Morgan Crouse is among the finalists in the "Tune Up For Tennessee 2017 National Anthem Contest." The vocalist receiving the most votes will sing the National Anthem at the Opening General Session of the 2017 Cattle Industry Convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville.
Voting is underway and will continue through November 23, 2016. You can vote once per day through the deadline.

This competition was open to singers 18-years-old and younger. The four finalists were announced on Halloween.
