Why Does Richard Sherman Keep Saying ‘L.O.B.?’
Since his national TV rant after his Seattle Seahawks beat the San Francisco 49er's last weekend, Richard Sherman has gained a lot of media attention. It seems as though people have either taken a strong liking for the guy or now hate him. See, here in Colorado our beloved Denver Broncos are about to beat him up a little in the Super Bowl, so we are mostly haters. Still though, I wondered why the guy keeps saying "L.O.B." at the end of his interviews.
After a little research I found that L.O.B. is short for the nickname the Seahawks have for their defense... The Legion of Boom. But I am assuming that since that name is a little embarrassing to say, Sherman has chosen to abbreviate it at the end of his interviews. Or maybe, he is referring to something else...
