Fresh off last week's announcement, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention says children between the ages of 5 and 11 can now receive the Pfizer vaccine in Colorado and across the country.

In Mesa County, seven vaccine clinics will happen this week for parents seeking the Pfizer vaccine for their children. These clinics coming up this week will also all be offering the flu vaccine in addition to the COVID-19 vaccination.

Pfizer Vaccine Available for Children in Grand Junction Colorado

We've included the time and location of all seven vaccine clinics coming up this week along with maps and directions to help you find each clinic. Between St. Mary's Medical Center, the Mesa County Fairgrounds, the Grand Junction Library, and Western Colorado Pediatrics.

Colorado's Department of Public Health and Environment is recommending all parents and guardians consider making an appointment at one of these local clinics for children seeking vaccination.
