Unique Colorado CBD Brewery Sold To Cannabis Company

A Colorado brewery who perfected a recipe for CBD beer will undoubtedly enjoy the fruits of their labor after announcing they sold the business to a cannabis company called Cannabiniers.

Westword reports the deal includes the recipe for the first and only federally approved formula for brewing beer with CBD. All developed by Mason Hembree and his father Thomas, the deal also includes plans on how to infuse the beer with CBD in a cost-effective manner.

Carrabiniers is a San Diego based company that has seen rapid growth in recent years. Last year they launch Two Roots Brewing which makes beers infused with THC but contains no alcohol. There are plans to expand the business everywhere marijuana is legal.

The beer Hembree brews contain just over 4 milligrams of CBD per pint. Have you tried their CBD beer yet?
