Bruce Buffer, the ring announcer for UFC, got onstage to do a strange lip sync and dance at a promo event. As if that wasn't embarrassing enough, the small "rockstar jump" Buffer attempted at the beginning of his performance did some serious damage to his knee, causing him to limp around and eventually fall over.

It's unclear who thought that this would have a been a good idea in any capacity. Unfortunately for Bruce, there is no way the internet will ever let him forget about this moment.
