Timnath’s Swetsville Zoo is for Sale
A Northern Colorado icon, the Swetsville Zoo, is up for sale with a price tag of $10.5 million.
According to the Coloradoan, the 36-acre parcel of land located off of Harmony Road, on the east side of Interstate 25 has been for sale for six weeks.

It appears the sale of the property is due to the rapid growth and change in the area. The Swets have owned the property for over 75 years.
