Yes poop coffee exists and is very expensive. You might be surprised how many different varieties exist from as many different species and how much people are willing to pay.

Coffee made from animal excrement or 'naturally refined' coffee beans come in several expensive varieties.

Jacu Bird Coffee, aka 'Bird Poop Coffee' - Brazil

The Jacu bird of South America are vegetarian native birds that live on plantations. They lounge around all day eating only the finest coffee beans all day. Once the beans are excreted, which are claimed not to smell, are picked by hand. Then the bird poop coffee beans are dried, cleaned and stored to create a sweet coffee with a hint of cinnamon and
cracked-pepper.

The elephants of Thailand are fed coffee beans and digest the proteins producing a less bitter coffee. Black Ivory coffee is only available at five-star hotels due to 'availability of high quality coffee cherries, the appetite of the elephants, the number of beans destroyed through chewing of the beans.'

Southeast Asia's native mammal the Civet eats the finest ripest coffee beans much like the Jacu bird. The feces of the animal are collected with the fruit fermented. Unfortunately demand and greed got so bad that the animals were caged and fed non-ripe fruit.
