The Offspring, Atreyu, All That Remains + More Booked for 2017 Brufest
What goes perfectly with some rock, punk and metal? Craft beer and tacos, right? Right! Get your fill of music, brew and food at this year's Brufest, held at the Fear Farm Festival Grounds in Phoenix, Ariz. this spring with performances from The Offspring, Atreyu, All That Remains and more!
The festival will serve as an extension of Sabroso in Orange County, Calif., taking place just one week after the West Coast event on April 15. Other acts to be featured include Pennywise, Hell or Highwater and Through Fire. This was all made possible through the collaborative efforts of Brew Ha Ha Productions and Synergy Global Entertainment as well as 98KUPD's UFEST (which is celebrating over 20 years), officially dubbed '98KUPD's Brufest presents Sabroso: Craft Beer, Taco and Music Festival powered by Gringo Bandito.'
“We love tacos, Pennywise AND beer, so this is gonna be a great day for us," said The Offspring's Dexter Holland.
"We are excited to have Sabroso Craft Beer & Taco Festival expand into Arizona this year by partnering with KUPD and the legendary UFest to create BRUFEST. Sabroso has been a fan favorite in Southern California the past few years and I know it's going to do great in Arizona! The craft beer community is growing like crazy in Arizona and there is some incredible beer coming out of the state," added the fest's co-producer co-producer Cameron Collins of Brew Ha Ha Productions.
The event will run from 1PM through 10PM with VIP ticketholders being permitted entry one hour earlier at noon. With over 160 beer options from 40 different breweries, lucha libre wrestling, complimentary beer tastings until 4PM and several taco vendors, Brufest presents Sabroso has plenty to offer.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday, Feb. 24 starting at $39. VIP tickets will also be available for $125 affording fans early entry and front of stage access. For more information, head to the Brufest website.
