The Millennium Falcon Is Coming to Denver, Kinda

The Millennium Falcon cockpit is landing in Littleton this weekend.

For the Star Wars fan, it's the opportunity to take the coolest selfie ever! You in the cockpit of the most famous spaceship in movie history!

The cockpit is part of “The Millennium Falcon Experience.” A traveling exhibit in conjunction with this weekend's release of the latest Star Wars prequel, "Solo, A Star Wars Story." The cockpit is stopping by the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Littleton, Colorado.

Stepping into the traveling cockpit is free. For fans wanting more, including a tour of the cockpit, those take place inside of a traveling 40-foot-long shipping container. The exhibit is open from 10am-5pm on Friday, May 25th, and 9am- 5pm on the 26th and 27th.

The cockpit has been “reproduced in every detail down to the dazzling control panels.” If you're heading over on the front range this holiday weekend why not make plans to take this in? A selfie inside the Millennium Falcon calls for an instant "status update" and will be the envy of your Star Wars fan friends. That may worth the drive in itself.
