The Fastest Tow Truck Driver in the World

After watching this video I will say this tow truck drive might be the fastest in the world. In less that :15 seconds he has the parking violator hooked up and heading to the tow yard. This might make you think twice about illegally parking.

Like most people I have pushed the envelope from time to time with the parking meters or the 2-minute parking areas but this is just ridiculous. The owner of the vehicle comes out to find his ride hooked up to the tow truck and that is a bad thing.

See tow truck divers never unhook the vehicle once they have it. So this guy is left standing in the road with a WTF look on his face and in need of a ride to the  impound yard so he can bail out his ride.
