I hate to laugh at my friends, but I cant help but laugh at all the people who are sharing and freaking out on Facebook about a FAKE article written by a website called Huzlers that states the Broncos threw Super Bowl XLVIII for cash received from the Seahawks. Come on man!

First off, I shouldn't even have to write this article because just like some of the crazy marijuana stories we saw go viral recently, this article comes from a satirical website. Right at the bottom of the story Huzlers has a disclaimer that reads "Huzlers.com is a combination of real shocking news and satire news to keep its visitors in a state of disbelief." But yet I have at least 15 friends who have freaked out!

The article titled "Super Bowl XLVIII Believed to have been Rigged and Currently Under Investigation by NFL," refers to the games referee, Terry McAulay, overhead Broncos Quarterback Peyton Manning allegedly asking Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll “When are you going to pay up?"

Now come on! Peyton has an endorsement deal with every single huge company in this country and also makes $20 million a year to play for the Broncos. I hate to tell you, but money isn't an object for him anymore. They only thing he was playing for in the Super Bowl was to win... Unfortunately the Broncos came out flat and were manhandled by a better team on that day. But I can't believe anyone would think Peyton of all people would blow the game on purpose.

I used to think the NFL might be in with the Vegas mob and rig games to ensure profits at their casinos, but if that were the case they would at least make the game close. No one wants to watch a blowout, so the only way you are going to see a blowout is if one tea, actually, truly beats up on another team.

Now, no more freaking out over fake articles!!
