Take a Breathtaking Ride on Grand Junction’s Lunch Loop [VIDEO]

I've ridden Lunch Loop about a hundred times, but I don't seem to recall my technique ever looking like this.

As a matter of fact, when I ride the Lunch Loop trails, it is at about one quarter this speed, with a considerable amount of time spent pushing my bike rather than riding it.

Jeff here has it down to a science. Notice his feet never even touch the ground.

Please keep in mind, you don't have to be a virtuoso bike rider to get out and enjoy these trails. Most are easy to navigate, and more than accommodating to those of us who ride on a less-technical level.
