Throwback Thursday

With Super Bowl weekend upon us, I thought we'd look back at the checkered past of the Denver Broncos history in the BIG game.

Tebomania stepped into the forefront in this thrilling Overtime playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on January 8, 2012.

On January 17th, 1988 the AFC Championship returned to Denver for the first time since 1977 and it was one of the most memorable games in NFL history.

The Broncos season is over and no "By The Numbers" to get our football fix, so we're doing a "Throwback" game of the week. THIS week we take it back to 1987.

Facebook goes a little crazy with the Throwback Thursday stuff. When I think of "throwback", I'm not interested in the pics of me in corduroy pants my mother made me wear as a child. No, I'd much rather go fetch some classic rock shows. And, that is exactly what I've done right here.
