About 2 a.m. Thursday, a woman in her 20s was driving in San Diego when her car broke down in the middle of a busy Interstate 15. She'd been drinking. So, she got out of her car and started stumbling down the highway looking for someone with jumper cables. A KGTV-TV ABC 10 News reporter happened to see her and started shooting video.
