Grand Junction, Palisade and Central High School are all headed to the 2019 Colorado State Spirit Championships.

East High School in Denver is currently being investigated after disturbing videos of cheerleaders being held down and forced into splits emerged.

This last weekend (April 6th) that job got even harder. Those 60 hotties had to be narrowed down one last time to a final 26.

Last month Rachel Washburn returned home from Afghanistan, following her second tour as a first lieutenant in Army intelligence. She was honored Sunday night at halftime of the Bears-Eagles game in Philadelphia, where she was a cheerleader for three years.

All NFL teams have cheerleaders, and they all look good, but which team has the best- dressed cheerleaders? For a lot of NFL fans,  the season is already over for their teams - whether it's the 1-7 Minnesota Vikings or the 0-8 Tampa Bay  Buccaneers. But, regardless of how bad your team might be doing, watching the cheerleaders perform on the sideline can  sure make losing a lot more enjoyable.  Re
