Amendment 64

If Colorado's Amendment 64 doesn't pass by a majority on Tuesday November 6th, 2012 you can still make a trip to the 'coffee shops' in Amsterdam. The Dutch had discussed banning tourists from the shops that openly sell cannabis, but it seems like the Dutch have changed their minds.

Yesterday(October 10, 2012) 300 Colorado physicians who back Amendment 64, including two dozen Western Slope doctors, spoke out in favor of the measure. Republican Tom Tancredo questioned why all Republicans aren't backing the amendment.

As we quickly approach Election Day on November 6, 2012 OVER 300 Colorado doctors are publicly supporting Amendment 64, the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol amendment. Over two dozen Western Slope doctors have joined in voicing their support.

Well there's two more chances for President Obama and Mitt Romney to face off in front of the American public before November 6, 2012. With one debate done and over numbers are now out not only on Colorado's presidential pick, but also other issues.

As we get closer and closer to November 6, 2012 things continue to heat up politically including the first debate between President Obama and Mitt Romney tonight. Yesterday Western Slope political hopefuls spoke out regarding Colorado Amendment 64 or the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act of 2012.

November will be here before you know it and once again on the ballot will be measures to legalize recreational use of  marijuana for adults.
