Suicidal Tendencies playing alongside Megadeth and with Children of Bodom and Havok should be plenty of reason enough to get you out to a show, but there's just been a new factor entered into the equation that should raise the interest level of metal fans out there even further. Suicidal Tendencies just revealed that former Slayer and Philm drummer Dave Lombardo will be sitting in behind the kit for the upcoming dates.

"You what that means … it's gonna by CYCO and BRUTAL," exclaimed Suicidal Tendencies frontman Mike Muir in making the announcement on Facebook. It was not revealed in Muir's Facebook posting what that means for the future. Eric Moore had spent time on drums for the group since 2007, but was replaced briefly in 2014 by Thomas Pridgen. See Muir's Facebook posting below.

In addition to the Megadeth tour, Suicidal Tendencies have a pair of headlining dates outside of the tour -- March 2 in Bend, Ore., at the Domino Room and March 3 in Seattle at the Showbox. The trek gets underway Feb. 26 at The Pearl in Las Vegas and runs into the latter portion of March. Dates can be found here.
