After reaching out to the Roice-Hurst Humane Society, I have received more off their of the supplies currently in need. This is part two of the Roice-Hurst Humane Society's supply wishlist in Grand Junction.

I reached out to Roice-Hurst after seeing a post on Facebook seeing that they're in need of some supplies. After they told me they needed kitty litter, soft cat food, and grain-free cat and dog food, I wanted to see what else they need.

Their hours are:

  • 11-4 on Monday - Saturday
  • 11-3 on Sunday

I spoke with the person in charge of Roice-Hurst Humane Society's Public Relations, Sandy Higgins, and here is part two of their supply wishlist.

    Volunteers

Volunteers are trained and know the procedures of Roice-Hurst Humane Society. They are always helpful because they can give exercise and enrichment to the animals to get them ready for their furever home.

  • 2

    Kongs

Roice-Hurst Humane Society told me that they're always in need of toys. They said that kongs are some of the most in demand toys.

    Nylabones

Along with kongs, Roice-Hurst Humane Society is also in need of nylabones. Most of the dogs I have come across love them some nylabones.
