It's a great weekend to get out to a Grand Junction Rockies game. Not because the projected highs are are only in the low 90's, it's food drive time!

Minor League Baseball has teamed up with the fine folks at Bush’s Beans and the Salvation Army to promote the Bush Brother Food Drive collecting canned food as part of National Baked Beans Month.

Not sure what to bring? The food in most need are cereal, pasta, canned fruits and vegetables, rice, 100% juice, peanut butter, pasta sauce, macaroni and cheese, canned protein (tuna, chicken, turkey), beans (canned or dry), and canned meals such as soups, chili, and pasta.
