The Rock + Metal World Has United to Destroy Trapt, A Dozen Bands Attack ‘Headstrong’ Singer
On the fourth day of Trapt vocalist Chris Taylor Brown’s Twitter rage marathon, a big handful of bands united to call out the musician. Musicians from Sleeping With Sirens, Power Trip, Attila, Dance Gavin Dance, Every Time I Die and more piled onto the “Headstrong” singer, who fought back tooth and nail.
Brown has been labeled racist and xenophobic for denying the existence of white privilege, attacking the “victim mentality” of African Americans, supporting President Trump’s “Chinese virus” rhetoric and more. The Trapt singer eventually started attacking anyone who took him on while justifying the relevance of his band and boasting about the truckloads of money he apparently still makes.
